Clothing Sizes
As a rough guide, you can look at the following:

YS
Chest (Inches) 32”

YM

Length (Inches) 29.5”

Please bear in mind we do print on a range of tees by various manufacturers (e.g. Gildan, Hanes) so only use the above as an indication.

What method of postage do you use?
We use the Post Office standard posting at the start of each week – usually on a Monday.

We do not send items recorded or special delivery and are therefore unable to supply individual tracking.

If you would like us to send them out with any special priority please contact us prior to ordering so it can be arranged.

When will my items arrive?
We aim to process all items within 7 working days of your payment clearing.

Unfortunately delivery times cannot be guaneteed – we don’t work for the Post Office – Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your items have not arrived in this time then please contact

For obvious reasons; International orders may take longer.

If there is to be a delay with your order that we are aware of (occasionally items do go out of stock) we shall endevour to contact you as soon as possible.

nb. If we are running a promotion – delivery may take slightly longer.

What do I do if I have a problem with my goods?
If we’ve sent you the wrong item or items are faulty we will of course exchange your item providing item(s) are returned to us in an unused/unworn condition.

If you have ordered the wrong size or there is another problem with what you have ordered please email smalltownrecords@hotmail.co.uk.

We are happy to exchange clothing that does not fit -though please refer to the size guide prior to ordering.

Unfortunately we do NOT refund CD orders. Sorry.

Who do I speak with if something is wrong?
If you are worried that your item has not arrived or that there was a problem with the payment please contact smalltownrecords@hotmail.co.uk before seeking advise from paypal or your bank.

We will do our best to sort it out. All items are shipped from Small Town Records so please do not hassle the bands!

I don't have paypal, what can I do?
If you don’t have paypal, don’t stress, we accept cheques and also concealed cash (though at your own risk)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
